Systemic Constellation Exploration Programs
Fees: $650/session with six 3-day sessions over a year. I send an official invoice two weeks in advance of the upcoming session and most students find e-transfers the easiest way to pay. I also accept cash and cheques.
Please Note: If a student from out of the area wants to stay in one of my guest rooms – there is an overnight fee of $60/night.
Travel: I am happy to pick up/drop off at any ferry terminal if you are from off Island and are coming as a foot passenger!
EA’s: Exploration Assistants are year long alumni & part of the bedrock of this program – I’m continually grateful for their support. They enrich our journey in various ways – from one on one dialogue with students, support in small learning pods in between sessions, representing in constellations during a session, facilitating constellations in small group settings so students can get a sense of someone’s style/ability as a beginning facilitator, supporting break out activities/exercises, etc…
EA’s have varying availability in their schedules both during sessions and in between sessions – we will weave them into the program in a way that’s both safe for the student cohort AND meets their individual availability. In other words, they will be present often enough for students to develop solid rapport, and have access via email, phone, zoom, or tea time – the same will be true for me!
One of the most unique aspects of this program is how alumni continue coming back to support current students – very few programs have the active volunteers this program seems to draw back, and the enrichment for students with our EA’s is above and beyond
The Program: This program is trauma informed, emergent and collaborative. I don’t have a set curriculum year after year. I sense into the group and weave the learning/resources best suited to the cohort as it forms. Session 1 & 2 focus on Bert Hellinger’s basic principles regarding the 3 Orders of Love and 3 Levels of Conscience from his book Love’s Hidden Symmetry.
Most commonly: I have students who come for a deep personal dive due to the experiential/explorative nature of the program, I have career people who want to deepen & augment their existing skills and and add some systemic methodology to their repertoire – and at the other end of the spectrum, I have people who want to learn about facilitating Systemic Constellations in a one on one and/or group setting. In between those benchmarks, I have grandparents, parents, adult children & siblings wanting to expand their understanding of family systems. All of these intentions are attended to in this program.
During the 2 months in-between sessions: there will be Homework Exploration based on the session just passed, enriched with a lending library & google docs site, as well as learning pods so students are connected to others in their learning.
Certification: is optional with a set of criteria guiding students who have this trajectory in mind. Next roll out for SCEP is April 2024 – see home page flyer with details!
